  I originally communicated with Mr. Collins and even though I felt that he overcharged me, he was not rude. I had one conversation with him when I called and secured my daughter’s speeding ticket with him. We live in North Carolina, so going to court wasn’t very convenient . I paid him the money in December and 1 day before the case in January, his wife called me to let me know that I have 10 minutes to send a copy of the driving records to her otherwise the case would would not go before the judge. She said that she was leaving the the office in 10 minutes and that she was not coming back. The way she spoke to me was unbearable disrespect. When I spoke she hung up the phone in my ears! Needless to say I sent the driving records. I did not hear from the law office for two weeks after the case and then I got a report of the findings of the case via email. Two weeks!!! No phone call, just an email. Such rudeness and impersonal communication unbecoming of a good law firm. I would not use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

  Mr. Collins was the best attorney I was fortunate to have. Words can not possibly say what is in my heart. Mr. Collins represented me for a very serious false allegation charge. He lectured me server times to return to my normal life and not dwell on the possible negative consequences until the case heading was conducted. He was always available during his extremely demanding work schedule through his office staff that provided professional support. Mr. Collins secured a very fair settlement for me at the hearing. I honestly believe the outcome of my case would have had life changing negative consequences for me and my family without his representation. Kindness, honesty, dignity, knowledge of the law and outstanding interpersonal communication skills were his key attributes at the hearing. It was apparent at the hearing that the peer attorneys and the judge had a deep respect for Mr. Collins. Me and my family will forever be thankful, allowing our life to return to normal. I highly recommend Mr. Collins.

  I have lived here since 2014 back then it was great office help Jessica was great and only two maintenance menwe had Larry and Zee were wonderful. Now the last two years had to shovel my own steps and car space and at 65 not easy. And each year my rent goes up 25 dollars. Just got a notice my rent is now going up 45 dollars it is such a shame they care more about money then people. Also no assigned parking spaces so if I come home late at night I have to park on the side and walk to my apartment. I can see raising the rent if I see things being done but nothing is. It is not worth it here, they don’t care about their long term renters. I see people just come and go because they don’t want to be here anymore. Also laundry room is not for the handicapped no ramp
